My favourite dessert is apple tart. In fact, I'll try any pastry made with apples, and I am rarely disappointed.

As I was travelling near home and far away, I suddenly realized I could share my love of apple tarts by posting reviews of the places where I ate great apple desserts.

So that's the reason for this blog: to review apple tarts served in restaurants, bars, cafeterias, etc., around the world.
